These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RankRent Pro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@rankrent.pro of any unauthorized use of your account.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. We do not require a credit card to start the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are stated at checkout and exclude applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first charge.

You agree not to use the service to build or promote content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful, including spam, malware, or content that violates consumer-protection or advertising laws.

You are solely responsible for the websites you create and rent, including their content, the claims they make, and compliance with applicable laws in the markets you target.

You must not reverse-engineer the service, resell it without authorization, or use it to build a competing product.

The service integrates with third-party providers (AI, hosting, registrar, payments) that you connect with your own credentials. Your use of those providers is also governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

We retain all rights to the RankRent Pro platform, software, and branding. You retain all rights to the content and websites you create.

You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or income — results depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating the service. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise.
