Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Overview
RankRent Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a platform for building, ranking, and renting local lead-generation websites. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We collect only the data required to operate the service: account details, billing records, the sites and content you create, and usage analytics that help us improve the product.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register.
Billing data: plan type and transaction history processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number — Stripe handles card data under its own PCI-DSS compliance.
Content data: the websites, copy, keywords, and client information you create or import into the platform.
Credentials you connect: API keys for AI, hosting, and registrar providers. These are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are used solely to operate the service on your behalf. We never sell or share your keys.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs that help us maintain reliability and security.
3. How we use your data
To provide and maintain the service, including building and deploying your sites.
To process billing and prevent fraud.
To send service-critical communications (security notices, billing receipts, trial reminders).
To improve the product through aggregated, non-identifiable analytics.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or security reasons.
You can export your data at any time from your account settings, and you can delete your API keys immediately.
6. Security
Connected API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and transmitted over TLS. Authentication is protected by rate-limited, fail-closed endpoints.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices and promptly address vulnerabilities.
7. GDPR — your rights (EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@rankrent.pro. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Where we process data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. CCPA — California residents
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
To submit a request, email support@rankrent.pro. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
